  2. Availability: you can visit at any time during opening hours, no appointment needed. I respond within 24 hours to messages sent by email or on my phone voicemail.
  3. Transparency: I always inform you of the cost of a repair before carrying it out, even if a problem is not diagnosed when the bike is received and requires additional repair. My rates are public.
  4. Safety: I do not let a bike leave my workshop if it has a safety issue (steering, brakes, frame, or wheels).
  5. Quality: For my repairs, I only use original parts purchased through official distributors. I use only professional tools and follow manufacturer recommendations.
  6. Expertise: I continuously train on new products and technologies.
  7. Advice: I provide guidance on the use, settings, maintenance, or improvement of your bike and am happy to answer any questions you may have.
  8. Speed: I have a stock of spare parts that allows me to carry out 90% of repairs in less than 24 hours.
  9. Fair pricing: I do my best to find solutions at the best price, especially for small budgets or children’s bikes.
